The basic meaning of sol is consciousness and its chosen acronym is Spiral Of Life. Orbiting paths give rise to new pathways of expansion and it is my honor to support your expanding healing journey.

Equally, it is also the sun and the soul. All human beings can relate to the giant, glowing, life sustaining orb in the sky and many indigenous tribes, and ancient cultures around the world have long observed and celebrated the cycles of the sun. The sun carries incredible mass which creates gravity to the point of generating so much pressure we have nuclear fusion! “The Sun warms our seas, stirs our atmosphere, generates our weather patterns, and gives energy to the growing green plants that provide the food and oxygen for life on Earth.” ~ NASA. The solar system is an example of a tensegrity system. Gravity provides tension while the movement of the planets themselves resists that tension. Although, our bodies are not the solar system, they share similar properties. All bodies with mass and in gravity need to maintain tensegrity for homeostasis. Tensegrity is a balance between space and tension that allows us to feel our body while also giving us instantaneous responsiveness. It permits us to tune into both ourselves and our environment. When you are feeling unwanted tension in your fascia and muscles, physically there is an issue with your overall tensegrity. You can see how mindfulness is connected to body awareness and body awareness to tensegrity. When working on your body, I’m affecting the whole and therefore integrating body, mind, and spirit.

The soul is the life force activating your existence on Earth through your body. It is your connection to source or all that is. While source is like the ocean, the soul is like the waves in that ocean. We can relate the soul to your higher self. My intention is to help connect you to your higher self and transcend the mind into the heart space where true healing can take place. When we are in integrity with ourselves we live with intention verses in tension.

Please take a moment to fill your lungs with vital air and slowly exhale, releasing your shoulders, jaw, and rest your tongue on the roof of your mouth. With your next inhale stack your spine and reach the crown of your head to the sky while noticing the soles of your feet and intentionally connect them to mother Earth. Third breath, simply feel yourself expand and take up space. Thank you for being here.
